$150K-$160K base + bonus



Seeking a talented delivery lead to take on a key role within the technology team supporting the Research department within the Investment Bank. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of the end-to-end digital analytics solutions to enable analysis of client behavior patterns, usage and trends. You will use your technical skills to turn business vision into technical reality through your hands-on leadership of a small, focused team. This role has significant scope which will require you to work closely with the business, product, marketing and development teams.

You will enable the capture, integration and analysis on client web and e-mail marketing engagement data, which will be repurposed throughout the technology platform to optimize the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and analytics technology and have a track record demonstrating initiative and drive.

Responsibilities:
• The role requires significant hands-on skills as well as team leadership skills
• Customize, configure, and integrate various digital analytics tools and CRM/BI platforms to meet client business reporting needs
• Develop deep knowledge of cross-department dependencies so that software built meets the needs of all
• Manage the end-to-end solution across multiple interface and system boundaries, coordinating IT teams to effect the overall delivery

Requirements:
• Total 10+ yrs of experience in developing IT solutions using modern web technologies - JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, angular or node or other java script framework
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with digital analytics platforms (web analytics, tag management, a/b testing and optimization, session recording and advanced heatmapping, cross-channel campaign measurement etc.)
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of digital analytics tools preferred (including Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Campaign and Target)
• Highly motivated, team-orientated, self-learner, responsible and focused on exceeding expectations
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, or other rigorous technical programs
• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
