Cyber and Technology Controls (CTC) purpose is to ensure the security and resiliency of the Firm's computing environment, protect customer and employee confidential information, and comply with regulatory requirements globally. We accomplish this through strong information security leadership and active collaboration with line of business information risk managers to provide high quality security solutions and services that are focused on improving the Firm's risk posture. The IT Risk team is composed of firm-wide functions (IT Risk Management, Infrastructure Security Solutions, Identity & Access Management, and Application security) as well as business-aligned risk & resiliency management teams that affect the technology risk program across JPMC.

Global Technology Resiliency Management (GTRM) purpose is to strengthen our IT resiliency and recovery capabilities, help ensure the Firm’s compliance with global laws and regulations as they relate to resiliency risk and improve the availability and resiliency capabilities of our critical applications and infrastructure. Execution and delivery is achieved through active collaboration with other control areas (TCO, GTI, etc.) to safeguard and protect the Firm’s assets.
Current key focal areas include:
■ Developing a firmwide resiliency and recovery strategy related to cyber security threats
■ Coordination of technology resiliency regulatory and audit activities to and improve action plans and reporting
■ Streamlining strategic datacenter disaster recovery test planning, execution and reporting processes
■ Proactive scans and resiliency design reviews to identify availability, capacity, configuration and performance issues and prevent or minimize loss of data and extended recovery times
■ Partnering with LOB and Corporate Functions to ensure consistent and comprehensive implementation of technology resiliency policies and standards across all regions

The Global Technology Resiliency Delivery Manager will be responsible for partnering with other key Line of Business (LoB) Technologists across the firm to drive the timely and successful execution of the Firm-wide Recovery and Resiliency strategy. The Delivery Manager will own the solution delivery and will be responsible for managing development deliverables, provide project leadership ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the solution(s). The successful candidate will be a strong technologist with pragmatic view and creative mind, and a natural collaborator. The individual must be extremely disciplined and organized, yet comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. A high energy, fast paced, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, commitment to success and be results driven are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, experience presenting and influencing senior managers and business stakeholders are a must. The Delivery Manager is expected to lead through influence, communicate effectively through clarity of thought and demonstrated understanding of business and technical requirements. In addition the candidate must possess strong leadership skills and demonstrated success in managing teams particularly in a matrix fashion.
