Senior Technical Recruiter
ICS is currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our growing Client in San Jose! The ideal candidate will be someone who has demonstrated success managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle for complex technical roles.  If you have a history of building rapport that leads to strong relationships with hiring managers, this is the role for you!  We are currently interviewing so apply today! 
What you will be doing:
  • Actively partnering with hiring managers and sourcing partners to develop the best strategy for identifying qualified candidates, primarily for highly technical level positions.  Define position requirements; develop recruiting plans and strategies; coordinate interviewing schedules; and provides guidance on salary, interviewing, relocation, immigration and related personnel issues.
  • Understanding the products and services offered by the client, market and competitive information in order to ensure the "best fit” candidates are available to present to executive team.
  • Promote and ensure best practices are followed during applicant tracking, interviewing, hiring throughout the recruiting process.
  • Proactively and creatively develop and manage an active database of qualified candidates for future placement opportunities. 
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and participation, effectively coaching the process as needed.
  • Work with compensation team to prepare and present offer packets to candidates, partnering with executives throughout to ensure the highest level of service to candidates.
  • Negotiate executive compensation packages which includes understanding of salary, bonus and equity plans and benefits.
  • Ensure that new hire paperwork is processed and that EEO/AAP statistics are tracked.
  • Manage the day to day interaction with selected outsourced staffing partners on assigned requisitions if required. Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.
  • Participate and lead HR and staffing projects as they relate to Talent Acquisition or Business Lines
