Job description
Searching for an opportunity where you can make a real impact? Our client is looking for an SAP FI/CO Administrator to manage the FI/CO IT area by creating system solutions and managing system and process implementations. In this role, the SAP FI/CO Administrator will also support and train Finance users on the SAP ERP process and coordinate between the overseas ERP teams.

Dip into The Role
  • Manage projects and tasks to complete implementation of new and enhanced solutions
  • Provide local solutions for ongoing business requests by:
    • Identifying business needs and processes gaps and provide plan for solution
    • Acquiring work estimation and budget approval
    • Monitoring work progress (tasks list, time table and budget)
    • Performing system tests and user acceptance tests + manage errors fixing
    • Managing implementation process (training, support, rollouts)
  • Provide daily support to all SAP users as first level problem solving
  • Coordinate the resolution of complex issues by overseas SAP ERP support teams and monitor progress to complete solution
  • Administer SAP ERP users & dash; set new users and user authorizations management
  • Assist in Unit Testing, End to End Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, User Training etc.
  • Operate Helpdesk support system for SAP FI/CO related topics
  • Coordinate communications between overseas ERP teams and teams
  • Be the subject matter expert and address any issues
Recipe for Success
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 4+ years of SAP experience with FI/CO modules, preferably a SAP Senior Analyst, Client experience preferred
  • General familiarity with integrating modules (SD, MM, PP, TPM, LE)
  • Independent thought-leader; self-motivated and self-directed work style; ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced work environment, paying close attention to detail and meeting business-driven deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid abilities in project management, prioritization and resource utilization
