Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS) is currently seeking a talented Senior Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Description: As a business analyst you'll work within the organization, helping to lead the change management Service Now Transformation in line with company goals. You'll need to be a Service Now expert with proven Business analytical experience in leading the planning and implementation of this critical integrated toolset as a solution for Global Change Management and cross process Performance Analytics. You will need to understand the current organizational situation, identify current challenges, have excellent planning/ project management and be able to effectively lead transition/migration activities to provide exceptional delivery to deadline for key program goals. You will also play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, acting as a 'translator' where necessary to incorporate how Service Now can support the organization's Change Management and Performance Analytics needs.


  • be a Service Now expert with proven experience in leading transformational and migration activities for this critical firm wide toolset implementation
  • have proven experience in data mapping to ensure that he derived solution is delivered in line with documented global data requirements
  • have proven experience in process mapping to ensure continuity in documented global risk and process requirements
  • have experience of working in an Agile environment for the rapid delivery of multiple Service Now transformational goals
  • communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole;
  • work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the Service Now tool;
  • use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes;
  • consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made;
  • identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations;
  • gain senior management agreement of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business;
  • communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern;
  • produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary;
  • support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues;
  • ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation


  • Service Now process transformation and performance analytics experience
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties;
  • the ability to motivate others and lead change;
  • the ability to work under pressure on multiple work stream within demanding project timeframes;
  • a passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change;
  • excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach;
  • proven data mapping/modelling experience
  • a clear understanding of the importance of risk and process continuity during major transformational change.
  • a good understanding of information technology outside of the core requirements of the role.
