Front End Developer
  • Design and develop the next generation of proprietary client onboarding, contracting, and data management web applications and workflows
  • Develop deep understanding of the problem space and client needs
  • Involvement in the full SDLC in a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Work closely with the global Onboarding Systems team, end-users, operations staff, and other development teams on solution concepts
  • Help drive continuous product innovation and best practices by knowing, learning and leveraging new frontend technologies and capabilities
  • Participate in building a talented team via continuous learning, training, and presentations
  • Foster quality, standards and cross-training via code reviews
  • Provide ideas for process improvements across our products and team operations
  • Write technical documentation for planning and strategic reviews
  • Skills:
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
  • Superior academic record and leadership qualities
  • 4+ years of experience in modern web development, e.g., Angular, React, Ember
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Must know and be able to apply design patterns across technologies
  • Good programming skills in Java
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Good understanding of basic data structures and algorithms

Education:
  • Web component/ES2015 development experience with Angular 2 and Typescript
  • Experience with enterprise messaging systems and design patterns
  • Experience building workflow systems / BPMN
  • Financial Industry domain experience
  • NLP and Machine Learning education and experience
  • Experience with document management systems and legal contracts or billing systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Big Data technologies and solutions, e.g., Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB
  • Active in the open source community
