Seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Specialist to join a growing national financial services organization.  You will be joining a concentrated Help Desk team where your primary duties will be to close Tier 2 helpdesk requests as well as working on implementation projects assisting the Network Engineer and Network Administrator on projects such as onboarding of acquired firms, evaluating and installing new hardware and software, etc.  Ideal Level 2 Support candidates must be organized, well versed and experienced in Windows environments, have a solid network understanding and ideally have Office 365 experience.  Candidates must be able to work well in a cohesive team and have a drive to grow in knowledge and title.
Resolve Tier 2 Helpdesk requests or escalate to Tier 3
Monitor & administrate an Office 365 Environment
Assist with onboarding of acquisitions
Work closely with network admin and engineer on projects
Monitor backups
Provide input and evaluate new technology
Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years' experience as a Desktop Support/Help Desk/Service Desk technician resolving Level 2 issues
Have an active MCP in Windows 7, 8 or 10, Network+ or Cisco CCENT/CCT
Solid understanding of network technologies (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Office365 experience
Strong sense of customer support and customer service skills is required
SharePoint development and/or Support is desired but not required
Scripting experience is desired but not required
Be well organized and pay attention to detail
Think logically and have exceptional problem-solving abilities
Be able to provide clear, detailed documentation
Work well in a team
Be able to travel nationally to firms during implementation (if necessary)
Be on call and to respond to emergencies when needed
Excellent communication skills are required
