Our client is an international banking institution with a couple of offices located in Downtown Manhattan, near Wall Street. Their Lead Human Resource Manager is looking for an administrative assistant to join the team. The ideal individual would have experience working at a banking/financial institution and have exposure partnering with the Compliance Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - handle agency submittals on REQs
  • Maintain contact lists and manage vendor lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and maintain operation efficiency
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Research and creates presentations
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
