This resource will contact users regarding distribution of end user phone devices. They will determine if the end user wants to keep their new equipment and if they are ready to turn in old equipment. They will record and update new information in spreadsheets provided by the project manager and complete any Service Now tickets. This resource will also be required to retrieve the unused equipment and equipment ready for disposal. This position has the possibility to be extended depending on project completion.

Requirements:
- General duties related to Help Desk such as asset management, new user account requests, wiping hard drives, preparing equipment for surplus by updating records when project related work is completed for the day.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets including ability to search, sort and maintain are required.
- Customer Service attitude and experience are a must as the resource will interact on a constant basis with end users at all levels of the organization.
- Current or recent customer service experience required.
- Time management, organization and attention to detail skills are all required to successfully meet the requirements of this position.
- Must be local and available for in person interview.
- Experience with Microsoft office
