 Service Desk Intern

The Service Desk Specialist Intern under the supervision of the Team Leads and under the guidance of the Operations Manager will handle the following responsibilities. 
Responsibilities:
•             Self Service ticket handling which includes:
o             Queue Monitoring
o             Processing
o             Follow-up as needed
o             Escalations
 
•             Day Time request processing
•             Non-hire onboarding process
o             Review submissions to confirm all needed documents (such as confidentiality agreements and correctly signed user access forms) are attached and uploaded into Box.
•             Take calls during peak lunch hours & whenever
•             Box account processing
•             Coordinate turnover report with Team Leads
•             Take calls during high demand, such as during an outage
•             Assist TLs & Ops Manager on special assignments
 
Experience Requirements:
•             Enrolled in a 4-year bachelor's program with an Information Technology Major
•             Desire to service customers IT needs in a hospital setting
•             Hands on experience with IT, on and off the campus
•             Any IT related training while pursuing college
