Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with the Digital Marketingl team and their stakeholders to deliver quality websites.  The role requires cross-functional collaboration with LOB business leads and internal team members. The successful candidate must have strong quality assurance and collaborative skills; strong process oriented expertise and function as a true "self-starter” and independent worker.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Implement and develop automated test practices for both web and windows applications. Being proficient in quality assurance relating to agile and waterfall project management is necessary.
  • Develop, execute and document testing results for various web site development and content.
  • Work with the Relationship Manager, designer(s), and developer(s) to define process and strategy associated with automation.
  • Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
  • Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and business acumen while balancing many competing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency required.  
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Managing and tracking work using management tools like JIRA
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, partners, and team members.
  • Self-starter who can provide thought leadership and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment
