As a Business Systems Analyst on the System Support and Oversight team, you are given the responsibility of conducting detailed business and system analysis in order to provide automated, high quality, solutions to clients' needs; related to production account management and support. The System Support and Oversight team has exposure to projects and teams across multiple lines of business, marketing teams, and IT functions; the ability to communicate to Business Users and IT teams is key. In this position you will be responsible for: interviewing internal and external customers to gather facts and requirements; identifying issues, communicating options and resolutions to others; managing scope and writing requirements, and monitoring accounts to ensure account usage is in-line with published guidelines and code of conduct. In addition, you will be responsible for incident management, root cause analysis and incident trending. 



Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or comparable work experience
• Works well both independently and in a group
• Strong Quality Control background
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to communicate with all levels of management
• Must be able to breakdown business/functional requirements technical specifications
• Ability to execute program scripts
• Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced changing environment
• Detail oriented and technically savvy
• Candidate must possess independent decision making skills
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data import/export functions, pivot tables, charts, graphs and Visual Basic scripting
• Knowledge and Experience using End User Request Center (EURC) a plus
• Knowledge and experience using Production Validation Accounts a plus
