Helpdesk Technician- Contract

Description:
A digital eCommerce photography and video company is seeking a Helpdesk Technican to join their collaborative team. This person will be the primary contact on technical support issues to monitor and administer their ticket system, manage calls and emails, and work independently to resolve support requests

Skills and Requirements:
 
  • Performs triage and resolution of level 1 support issues and escalation of level two support issues to third party level 2 support functions
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX/macOS Mobole Device Management (MDM) with iOS and Android
  • Experience with Casper
  • Familiar with onboarding and offboarding, and the management of user accounts and permissions
  • Experience with VMWARE
  • End-user support of laptops, workstations, displays, phones, printers, and related software as required, including courtesy ipad and music systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology Field, Computer Science, or similar background experience (3+ years of relevant support experience preferred)
Additional desired:
 
  • Experience with operating systems and essential applications such as Google G-Suite, Office 365
