ICS is working with a client, who is a major professional services provider to the property management and real estate industries, to find a Systems Administrator to join their team in Dallas, TX! This person will be responsible fo reffective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software within the operating environment of the organization. In addition, they are adding service offerings for Unified Communications to their clients and looking for someone who can act as the Subject Matter Experts for these solutions. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and client-facing individual who will directly with our service partners to ensure delivering great service to our clients.

  • Provide in-depth support for resolving and troubleshooting advanced system issues.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Work with Managed Hosting Providers to ensure backups are performed. Coordinate Recovery Operations as needed.
  • Migrate on-premise systems and services to cloud services including Office 365, Azure, AWS.
  • Administer, migrate, and create Azure and AWS workloads.
  • Administer user accounts including Add/Change/Delete functions.
  • Migrate e-mail and files to Office 365
  • Troubleshoot access issues with desktop support.
  • Administer Office 365 users including E-Mail, SharePoint, and all Office products.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, technical information with a wide variety of individuals and groups.

  • In-Depth Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing and operation.
  • Experience with designing, building, and deploying unifed communiations and VoIP solutions; preferably with Skype for Business
