Our client, an International professional services company is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager in their NYC office Senior Compensation Manager responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of a companywide compensation program with intent to help attract and retain the talent currently working for the company Be the lead across the company on all major compensation and performance review initiatives Senior Compensation Manager requirements: Must possess strong influencer and negotiation skills to facilitate the agreements with key stakeholders for the new compensation program Must have strong managerial and professional skills to successfully interact with all personnel at the firm International experience is a plus 12 – 15 years' experience in compensation in a law firm or other professional service A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required but a Master's degree is preferred CCP/CECP certification and/or SPHR strongly preferred Proficiency with PeopleSoft
