Salesforce Administrator
  • Lead CRM development and deployment with a detailed understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the willingness to always make careful, well-considered, long term-oriented changes to the Salesforce platform resulting from either high-level architecture decisions and/or ground-level support requests.
  • Maintain processes for enhanced sustainability and performance. Uphold workflow rules, create and modify formula fields, approval rules, configuration of single or multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
  • Manage and maintain the application process through Executive Education's CRM system.
  • Manage the Salesforce platform to execute through automation and system integration, overseeing internal and external communications and data sharing.
  • Design CRM solutions to capture data relevant to Executive Education's goals.
  • Prepare Key Performance Indicator reports and dashboards with detailed business metrics and analysis with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Prepare data model reports and maintain documentation of CRM and training new hires and existing staff.
  • Investigate and recommend solutions to improve CRM integration and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Communication Manager to update the website with program information including descriptions, dates, prices, featured programs, and campaign-related information.
  • Liaise with the Information Technology Group, Financial Planning Office, Executive Education, and Marketing to implement process and systems for quality and responsive customer service across the Executive Education technology footprint.
  • Manages day to day technical administration of Salesforce, including user, profile and role management, and database de-duping and cleanup.
  • Other related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree and/or its equivalent required.  Minimum 3-5 years related experience required.
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills necessary. Ability to work effectively as part of a team but also on an independent basis.  Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines and have the ability to handle multiple tasks and demands. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a strategic, long-term thinker. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.  
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer Certification required. Must have previous experience with Salesforce AppExchange, Data Loader, APEX, JavaScript, HTML and general Salesforce ecosystem Demonstrated talent for CRM development, information architecture, and web solutions required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with 'Pardot' and marketing automation tools preferred. Experience with SQL, Drupal, and CSS is desired.
