A medical healthcare company located in th Clifton, NJ area is searching for a talented and energetic Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The company focuses on providing commercial vision benefits for corporations on the local and national level.
As the customer service representative, you will act as a liaison by providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The individual will be responsible to uphold excellent service standards and respond to customer and member inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, this individual will work closely with other departments to troubleshoot membership services, programs, and other membership information.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements
  • MUST BE Bi-lingual in Spanish
  • Background in healthcare is preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
