SECURITY CONSULTANT
DALLAS, TX

POSITION:

ICS has partnered with a world-leading IT services provider that is looking to grow their Cyber & Network Security group with Security Consultants in the Dallas, TX area! This is a progressive client who is growing their team to accommodate their increase in customer projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with IT Security services or technology solutions to enterprise-level clients. This person will work closely with the Sales and Solution Architect teams to implement solutions and drive profitability and sales growth for the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and grow the professional services presence within the Cyber & Network Security group. Involvement with developing strategy, industry level participation, business development, solution development, etc.
  • Develop new business through existing and new clients and industry contacts
  • Educate customers on the benefits of the IT security solutions to improve business resilience and threat protection
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Advisor within the group to provide expertise on refining market strategy, analyze & deliver cost-effective recommendations, and share insights to explore competitive opportunities.
  • Contribute to the delivery of new client service engagements

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to travel 40-50%; domestically or globally
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, an MBA or equivalent work experience is preferable.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with IT services or IT Security technology solutions to large enterprises
  • Must be a collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be motivated, ambitious and possess exceptional sales and communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical problem solving skills is a must.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to envision, drive, and implement new business concepts.
  • Proven track record of sales successes within security and developing sales pipelines.
