Consumer Compliance Analyst 

The Consumer Compliance Analyst is responsible for the continuous monitoring of reports generated under the Bank's Consumer Compliance Management System.  He/she interacts with management to obtain required data for monitoring reports and assists with compilation of documents for quarterly CFPB monitoring and federal/state regulatory examinations.  
This position requires working knowledge of all federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations to review reports relative to activity identified by the Bank's Consumer Compliance Management System requiring monitoring. 
·         Continuously review and create, where necessary, internal reports to support monitoring of risks identified in the Consumer Compliance Management Program ("CCMP") for individual business lines, products and services.
·         Be F Managers and track required remediation.
·         Assist CCO with bank wide consumer compliance training program.
·         Assist CCO with preparation for quarterly CFPB monitoring calls, and preparation for federal and state regulatory examinations.
·         Assist CCO with monitoring, tracking and responding to both internal audit and regulatory examinations and findings ("MRAs" and "MRBAs").
·         Assist CCO with monitoring and tracking of consumer complaints.
·         Participate in regular continuing education to stay abreast of new laws, regulations and regulatory focus to enhance job performance.
·         Bachelor Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail branch management or compliance relative to consumer protection laws and regulations.
