ICS has partnered with a growing client who specializes in delivering enterprise software solutions to its customers globally! They are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team in Plano, TX! This person will be part of their product support team and be responsible for driving great customer service to their clients globally. This person will be a key asset to delivering an excellent experience that is tailored to each customer. The ideal candidate will come from a software support background; while possessing a high attention to detail and superb communication skills across internal and external partners.

  • Solving technical product issues and questions that our customers, resellers and personnel report. You will communicate directly with them using phone, ticketing system and remote tools.
  • Monitoring and maintaining, as well as deploying and managing new cloud accounts
  • Drive great customer service with prompt responses and excellent communication
  • Reporting product issues to development
  • Coordinating with different teams to solve issues in a timely manner
  • Performing knowledge management by creating instructions and articles of frequent issues and by training support personnel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Windows environments, MS SQL databases and computer networks
  • Scripting and programming skills (JavaScript, VBScript, C++, C#) open up many opportunities towards implementations and advanced support
  • Must work well under pressure in a team setting
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated experience of having a strong presence with customers.
  • Knowledge or certifications in cloud operations and Microsoft Azure preferred.
