PROJECT MANAGER- Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design development and implementation, specifically for Business Process Re-engineering efforts. Provides overall direction for establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines. This role includes the ability to lead resources, prepare appropriate documentation based on the project size, delegate tasks to team members, effectively and clearly communicate project status, manage project risk, monitor the change readiness of the business as well as conduct post implementation audit reviews. Oversees all aspects of project information including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition. Candidate will also be responsible for leading and identifying business process re-engineering opportunities within a given business process discipline.

• Manages, plans and organizes project activities
• Process development and issue resolution
• Develops business project plans/schedules
• Identifies and manages to major project milestones
• Obtains key personnel to work on project teams while balancing business needs and expectations
• Communicates project status on a regular basis
• Manages project risk throughout the life of the project
• Conducts weekly project meetings
• Develops and maintains issues logs to ensure accountability to the resolution of key issues
• Communicates with customers and stakeholders to ensure quality of product and service
• Prioritizes and delegates key project tasks appropriately to team members
• Drive operational/business readiness
• Ability to document formal business requirements documents for projects/enhancements
• Leads brainstorming sessions to gather requirements
• Assist with business case documentation as needed
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodology and/or Six Sigma
• Experience / History of taking initiative to drive/lead/coordinate an effort among a team of people
• Ability to create processes from a business need or issue
• Proven ability to manage to deadlines and meet cost constraints
