PRACTICE AREA MANAGER - Finance & Accounting 
We are hiring a Practice Area Manager to start, build and manage our Finance & Accounting vertical in our growing North Dallas office! If you embody the following traits, we want to speak with YOU!

As the Practice Area manager over Finance & Accounting, you will report to the Regional Director and be responsible for driving sales in both new and existing client accounts. We are looking for someone who not only builds relationships and brings in additional revenue through established clients but also loves hunting for new business! 
This position will be responsible for hiring and mentoring Recruiters and Business Development Managers. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with proven sales ability to take the next step in their career and build out their own, brand new team! 
  • Prospect for potential clients using various direct methods such as cold calling, face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking events
  • Research the DFW market and identify new target accounts, along with hiring trends
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, remain engaged with all clients and build a professional network that results in future business opportunities
  • Collaborate with peers in the local branch as well as other branches across the US for additional sales tactics
  • Demonstrate the importance of timely follow up with customers, managers and staff making communication/transparency a top priority
  • Hire, train and mentor Recruiters and Business Development Managers
  • Remain a Finance & Accounting industry expert within the DFW market for hiring 
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of Finance & Accounting staffing experience
  • 3+ years of Business Development experience (cold calling experience preferred)
  • Leadership experience preferred but not mandatory (we will train you on this!) 
  • Competitive and coach-able mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
