RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - INVESTMENT BANKING
The Relationship Team is responsible for maximising the value clients get from the platform. They represent the frontline of the company focused on retaining revenue and increasing adoption and usage of its products through driving continuous value for clients and maintaining and developing long term partnerships.
The Investment Banking team works with Strategy, Business Management and Operations teams at banks, advising on best practices for management, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning, assisting with analysis and reporting and providing superior client service to ensure a positive and productive end user experience.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing frontline relationships across a group of Investment Banks. The Relationship Manager is a product expert with a thorough understanding of the capital markets, providing intelligent and focused analytical support to senior (VP+) level users and building relationships throughout the bank.
The Relationship Manager must be comfortable and capable of leading validations and pitches with senior contacts at covered firms which ultimately help maximize the value of company products and embed the company as an essential part of client workflows. The Relationship Manager will drive usage and adoption for both current and future products and proactively identify opportunities for growing revenue alongside coverage and sales teams.
The Relationship Manager will find ways to increase the footprint of company products throughout all covered clients, including the running of client workshops and knowledge sharing sessions, topical presentations and regular face to face meetings.
The Relationship Manager may oversee a team of Relationship Associates, providing guidance, direction and training and paving the way for success. In this capacity, the Relationship Manager will serve as a role model to junior staff and mentor their development, providing training to upskill, setting goals and managing performance.
The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams where and when required to drive business results (media team-marketing, special analysis, development specifications, testing, cross-product training, info sessions). This includes partnering with Product and Technology teams to advise on solutions and help deliver projects through completion.

Ability to lead, promote and grow client relationships and set the example for more junior members of the team. The Relationship Manager requires excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, a pro-active and goal-oriented working style with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
