Our client, a foreign bank located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work on a long-term contract assignment.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative support tasks; proofreading, typing, operating calculators, facsimile machine and computers.
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relays messages.
  • Greet and answer inquiries for general public, customers and visitors; announce and log visitors.
  • Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) required,
  • Experience using Concur preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
