The Quality Control Analyst will assist in the review of the client onboarding documentation. This process entails reviewing all new client onboarding documentation for completion and accuracy consistent with the Bank's Customer Onboarding Procedure. This position is directly responsible for completing a Quality Control Checklist ( "QCC”) for each new account established and providing weekly status reports to the Team Lead.

The Quality Control Analyst will:
  • Review client onboarding documentation and complete a QCC for all new accounts established at the Bank's branch locations.
  • Communicate with the Team Lead and BSA Manager regarding business unit requests for revisions and waivers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete files of all reviewed client documentation

Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and 1 year prior experience with reviewing onboarding documentation such as Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Organization.
  • Significant experience in banking, with a strong emphasis on BSA, AML and OFAC laws and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate would also have experience with Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence information as it relates to the client onboarding function.
  • CAMS certification or the ability to obtain the certification within six (6) to nine (9) months of employment.
