ICS has partnered with a global business process services organization to grow the Customer Service team at one of their facilities in Arlington, TX! This is a unique opportunity seeking customer service-oriented individuals who are bilingual in English & Japanese. The ideal candidate will have great communication and experience with navigating to resolve any customer needs. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include Saturdays.

  • Take inbound calls from customers, listen and understand their needs, and help to identify a solution while gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and documenting resolutions.
  • Inform and offer customers available services and assess needs
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • 3+ years of customer service/customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be bilingual in English & Japanese.
