ICS is working with a client, who is a major professional services provider to the property management and real estate industries, to find a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX! This person will be a key player to monitoring inbound service request, troubleshooting end user issues, and collaborating with team members to escalate when needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great communication, take initiative, and have deep knowledge of Office 365 & ServiceNow. This is a Contract role; with potential to hire on Full-time.

  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting such as password resets, printer configurations, escalation to Level 2 & Level 3 support.
  • Gather and analyze information about the user's issue and determine the best way to resolve the service request
  • Resolve and update Service Requests accurately and timely.

  • Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years in a technical support role
  • Technical knoweldge of Desktop/laptop hardware and mobile devices
  • WIndows 7/8/10 and Office365 knowledge and experience
  • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
