Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
  • Act as the Team Leader and Technical Support Resource for our Managed Services team members, who are responsible for providing technical support and services to Technologies Managed Services clients.
  • Utilize strong technical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Support our Sales team by attending pre-sale engagements and company promotional events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Respond to alerts and tickets from various monitoring systems
  • Coordinate and Communicate with field and escalation resources, partners, customers and various internal units and stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a team in technical, services, and project support areas to meet identified goals and objectives.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from clients
  • Take ownership of incidents and customer interaction
  • Remediate client issues and escalate if necessary
  • Take responsibility to ensure that all SLA/KPI objectives are being meet according to defined service levels.
Experience:
  • 5+ years Administering/supporting LAN/WAN environments.
  • 5+ years in NOC, network help desk, or relevant customer service skills.
  • 5+ years with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 and Active Directory.
  • 5+ years with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ years supporting Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server
  • 5+ years of VMware VSphere 4.0 and above
  • 5+ years of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • 5+ years of backup procedures
