ICS is working with a premium Managed Services Provider who prioritizes delivering quality services and looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Dallas, TX! This person will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to fulfill any of their clients' needs. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, customer-service driven, and possess a positive attitude. This is a Contract to Hire position.

  • Make outbound calls based on assigned tickets to provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues
  • Enhance support services provided to clients by collaborating with support team and escalate when needed
  • Administration and maintenance of Cloud Services datacenters
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Represent the brand and exceed clients' expectations when providing onsite client support

  • 2+ years in a technical support role
  • Working knowledge of Cisco WAN/LAN Networking
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop
  • Experience with VMware is preferred
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
