Service Desk Coordinator

Our client is a boutique managed service provider, and they are currently searching for a Service Desk Coordinator to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and schedule dispatches for all client requests for our support team
  • Update calendar for all Consultants Manage and oversee projects for our clients - scheduling tasks, planning a timeline, understanding task prerequisites Work with vendors on product procurement for our clients
  • Follow up on outstanding items and be as proactive as possible
  • Ensuring tasks are completed and communicating with clients on any further needs
  • Reviewing consultant notes on tasks, quality control of documentation
  • Handle dozens of requests daily, responding to requests in a timely and appropriate fashion
  • Overseeing and managing multiple projects at once, quality control of projects, which may include weekend or overtime tasks
  • Responsible for other office operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Hard Working, analytical, forward-thinking, team player, fast-paced, outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with ConnectWise, or similar ticketing system
  • Ability to document, lead and manage.
  • Speaks to customers and technicians/consultants on a regular basis
  • Can handle tough clients/scenarios, high pressure environment, and is okay with being first line of support for clients
  • Understands networking / helpdesk technology
  • Bachelor's preferred, or previous relevant experience
