Senior Web Content Analyst - CRM

This position will assist in the implementation of the Dynamics CRM solution and serve as implementation build consultant to ensure solution aligns with business processes and leverages industry best practices. The successful candidate will also support customers on the Silver Enterprise Dynamics CRM solution and assist New York office with Proof of Concept activities. The position does not have any direct reports and will be a REMOTE employee with travel approximately 10%, mostly to the Chicago office.


Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical degree required
• Advanced degree, and/or Interwoven Certified System Engineer preferred
• 5 plus years direct work-related experience Knowledge and Skills
• 5 plus years experience with Web Content Management systems (Autonomy TeamSite preferred) and other related database and web technologies. May include: Linux/Windows 2003/2008 administration, SQL, J2EE, (jsp ans sevlets), server configuration and architecture, SharePoint. Open-Source, Java, XML, CGI, HTML, XML and HTML, networking and security protocols, portal technology (WebSphere Portal Server)
• Experience with batch files, Java script and/or Perl script desirable
• Experience and working knowledge of network architectures and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Understanding and direct experience in application development processes
Experience in network analysis, design, implementation and maintenance
Experience in working with complex technical solutions for multiple clients
Possesses and applies both specific and broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures relating to web content management and related technologies
Project management skills preferred; ability to balance multiple project demands
Excellent written and verbal communications; technical documentation skills
Self-motivated and excellent teamwork skills

Responsibilities: 
• Leads and/or participates in assessment reviews and recommends technical solutions to align CMS solutions with business goals and initiatives for various business units
• Recommends innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experience
• Ensures timely installation of application upgrades and patches; follows the change management process and prepares system documentation; monitors system for acceptable performance and user accessibility; validates functionality of web links; automates routine work tasks to streamline efficiency
• Assesses the scalability of the content management infrastructure and develops new processes and standards to resolve complex technical issues
• Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity requiring advanced knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments; provides technical support to internal and external customers; troubleshoots complex problems and takes corrective action on a timely, effective basis.
• Completes proper documentation for security requirements, design specifications, system configurations, custom training materials, or project work plans
• Participates in overall project management, time estimates, resource scheduling, and project related work efforts
• Performs other duties as assigned
