Executive Account Manager

The Executive Account Manager will be responcible for:

Demonstrate knowledge of the customer's business


Identify new accounts and new-sales opportunities within existing accounts


Partner with the appropriate manufacturers and internal resources to maximize our value proposition


Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers


Understand navigate customer's buying process

Leverage a proven qualification pipeline process

Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years' sales experience
  • Proven track record of success selling to mid-market companies (1000-5000 users)
  • Forecast with accuracy
  • Manage opportunities and transactions to ensure long-term stability of Client relationship
  • Collaborate with engineers and solution architects to develop technical solutions for clients
  • Proposal development, negotiation and closing
  • Understanding of a channel business model
  • Understanding of a services oriented sale
  • Working knowledge and experience selling the Cisco platform and suite of services
  • A degree in business or related experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priority activities
  • Must have experience using CRM systems
  • Experience selling Collaboration solutions a plus
  • Existing strong relationships with "C” or senior level IT executives a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A hunger to learn and adaptability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
