The Service Delivery-IT Audit Analyst will drive coordination and execution of internal adherence to global and regional policies & procedures relating to the IT systems. Own the access management, incident management, problem management and IT processes. Manage, build & support activities for end-users by monitoring and facilitating core GIS activities and relationship with 3rd party providers.

Key Responsibilities for the Service Delivery-IT Audit Analyst :
  • Manages, coordinates and executes internal adherence to global and regional policies and procedures relating to the IT systems, access management and IT processes.
  • Monitors status of remediation of IT audit findings, coordinates with related teams on any needed activities and reports/escalates to management on regular basis.
  • Works closely with regional and global Security Coordinators to understand and cascade security requirements and procedures to other local teams. Incorporates security and process requirements into IT processes and systems.
  • Coordination and orchestration of complex service requests: Gather relevant facts and align with the appropriate parties to ensure timely and complete resolution.
  • Help to manage the design, development and execution of the Business Continuity program.
  • Work with relevant internal IT Application, Infrastructure, Network and Support teams to ensure that security controls are implemented, internal security procedures and compliance requirements are followed and monitored.
  • Assist in recommending and implementing new and innovative technology infrastructure initiatives and solutions ranging from, desk side support, back-end mail/messaging, remote access & mobility, virtualization, networking, telecom, VoIP and etc. Participate in the review of project designs and implementations.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess
  • Substantial knowledge of Information Security compliance and risk analysis, data privacy and other compliance requirements of an enterprise information security program
  • Able to anticipate problems and issues, and effectively resolve them via the Service Delivery proactively.
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset and able to think strategically with regards to reducing costs to the company without compromising service levels.
  • Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects business goals.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in computer operations required; (e.g. In-depth knowledge of Windows/Unix operating systems, authentication methods, firewalls, routers, web services, etc.)
  • Background / Experiences:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar major required
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in managing outsourced technology service for a distributed and large scale organization
  • Must be proficient in IT Operations Paradigms including ITSM
  • ITIL certification a major plus
