Role Mission
:The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of SuccessFactors in partnership with IT and close collaboration with Global HR Operations, COEs for Talent & Total Rewards. Importantly, this role will provide leadership to a global network and coalition of module administrators, providing counsel and support on best practices, learning and issue management.
This hands-on position will lead governance and optimization of our current HR system, and project management of planned initiatives to ensure they support the organization's short and long-term goals. Projects will include system upgrades and implementations, data migrations, system consolidations and standardization, and new module/system selection/RFP.
The incumbent will also manage the company's relationship with SuccessFactors and be the primary point of contact for service level agreements and issue resolution.

This role will lead the advancement of our SuccessFactors platform to accelerate effectiveness and drive value through advanced analytics, and ensuring HR spend time where it matters most.
Outcomes/Success Criteria
Global HR Technology strategy and supporting roadmap in place , including capability development, supporting tools, systems and processes to enable strategy
Global Module governance and administration model and approach in place, and embedded to effectively manage module configuration and break-fix activity (with timely resolution of configuration defects and issues)
Ensure communications & change management plan in place and executed to support effective adoption across all user groups
Full ownership of permission management, including managing requests for changes to Security Roles; also includes requests for mass data uploads
Ensuring implementation of quarterly releases with minimal disruption, with effective communication to end users
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR process owners to develop strategies, objectives and roadmaps for HRIS applications that are in alignment with functional strategy and goals.
  • Partner with HR process owners to define business requirements and translate business needs into multi-year & tactical system implementation plans, including project prioritization, scheduling and resource planning in partnership with IT team
  • Define business case and supporting budget requirement for demand requirements
  • Serve as steward of user experience for SuccessFactors; monitor system adoption and user feedback; ensure the development of processes, tools, support materials, and training to maximize system adoption.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements for the HR function with the goal of increasing overall efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  • Responsible for all Project Management to effectively manage the project plan, resourcing, timeline, scope, budget, governance and status reporting for new projects and implementations
  • Lead the Module Administrators to configure SuccessFactors based on functional requirements and maintain all security permissions.
  • Partner with IT team for IT governance, enterprise architecture, infrastructure and interface development with SuccessFactors,.
  • Act as liaison between HR process owners (COE and Operations) and IT team.
  • Lead development of test scripts, participate system testing prior to implementations, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure a stable and well-functioning application in partnership with IT.
  • In partnership with the Module Administrators, provide support to end-users of SuccessFactors, answering questions about the application, following up on any reported issues and ensuring timely and reliable response.
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry thinking and trends, and regularly communicate thought leadership in this area as necessary.
  • Support the continued development of HRIS methodologies, tools and best practices within the company.
  • Backup all SuccessFactors modules (Goals/Performance, Talent/Succession, Recruitment, Compensation, Onboarding, Employee Central and Reporting/Analytics)
  • Manage a team of HRIS specialists, providing coaching and development
  • Owns the end to end HR solution, including relationship with SuccessFactors, and implementation partner relationships

Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience managing global Human Resources Information Systems (SuccessFactors Required)
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Module experience Required
  • 7 years' experience in IT and HR in combination
  • Experience with different Payroll interfaces preferred, not required
  • Understanding of data models, database management and system integration
  • Large, global Project and/or Program Management experience ( "Big 4 " experience preferred)
  • Must be able to professionally manage confidential information
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
