IT Digital Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications: Formal education or training required; certificate/licenses required; number of years and type of prior experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with specialized leadership training and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education
  • Experience with industry standards in project management and development methodologies (PMBOK, MSF, SEI, Agile Methods, RUP, etc.)
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience managing IT Digital projects
Digital Project Manager

Must be a seasoned PM able to lead projects (sometimes multiple projects) with little supervision Must have experience working with 3rd party vendors, and also working with internal IT, and Marketing Teams Must have experience Building and Managing Project Schedules and keeping teams on track to meet difficult timelines.
 
Exposure to/awareness of the Project Management Institute's PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Visio
  • Knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (Microsoft technologies preferred)
  • Knowledge of budget processes
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to work well with others and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels and in diverse environments
  • Ability to manage risk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

  • Ability to rapidly resolve issues and recognize when escalation is necessary
