Cloud Support Engineer

This position is for a role within the service management team to assist on AWS cloud operational readiness and train the team members working on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud initiative. The primary activities will be to support administration of AWS environments, to develop procedures and to provide insight into best practices on integrating and automating the environmental configurations within the AWS Cloud. The Cloud Support Engineer help administer and build multi-account centralized AWS environments. Responsibilities include instructing the Service Management team in best practices for sizing, administration, tagging, scripting, monitoring and security for various environment scenarios. The Cloud Support Engineer will provide automation, integration expertise for SaaS, PaaS, IPaaS solutions. The Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for providing necessary documentation for best practices, support for Amazon's application development tools to the application developers.
