Job Description:
  • Under independent direction, the Sr. Production Support Analyst (Sr. PSA) develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues and plays a major role in the implementation and ongoing support of major systems.
  • The Sr. PSA participates in re-platforming and re-engineering efforts essential to ongoing system support, staying abreast of business and technological changes.
  • The Sr. PSA analyzes current systems considering system capacity, limitations, operation time and desired results. The Sr. PSA documents requirements due to re-engineering of applications, translates into functional and/or technical specifications, writes and executes test cases and plans, oversees the testing process, and maintains vendor relationships for implementation and issue resolution when necessary.
  • The Sr. PSA acts a team leader for application management projects, or a portion of a project, with small budgets of a short duration.

• Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (aka Oracle Financials): Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and E-Business Tax – including TRP customizations.
• Other applications: WorkDay, Coupa, DataServ, RevPort, Apptio, and TeamConnect.
• Technologies critical to our day to day production cycles: Saas/PaaS, Oracle Enterprise Business Suite, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflows, Oracle BI Publisher Desktop, Toad, DB Visualizer, SQL Developer, Unix, SQL/PLSQL Tools, AutoSys.
• Daily responsibilities include production incident management including problem management to remediate risk and financial impact; high priority operational requests from critical business units such as Finance, Human Resource, and Legal; supporting mandatory hardware and software upgrades; participating in the Patching & Vulnerability program.
