Supervision Group's Executive Support Team (EST) provides comprehensive administrative and business support services that facilitate the achievement of SUPERVISION's business line goals and objectives. The staff members work together in a cohesive team environment to support officers, managers, examiners, analysts and field staff across the Group. Job Responsibilities: • Provide direct administrative and business support services to officers, managers and their respective staff in all areas of administrative support including: o Manage multiple calendars, including creating, deleting and updating meetings and events and assist clients in prioritizing their daily schedules; o Process and track purchase orders and manage the Group's inventory of supplies, including pantry items; o Prepare and coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely preparation, coding and processing of travel vouchers; o Assist with supervisory document preparation and processing, handle data entry in various Supervision databases and maintain spreadsheets, tables and charts for tracking and informational purposes; o Handle various administrative logistics for examination teams that are at on-site locations, including obtaining ID badges, space planning, and access to necessary resources (e.g., printers, copiers, telephones and fax machines); o Plan and provide oversight and administrative support for Supervision-sponsored conferences and large meetings; o Provide back-up support to other Administrative Assistants; and o Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects, as necessary.

• Ability to work in a team environment, where workflow is subject to changing priorities. • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills and abilities. • Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet various customer needs and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with all levels of management and staff. • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Sharepoint; • Ability to originate standard correspondence (e.g., supervisory letters, meeting notices) and to express ideas clearly via telephone, memorandum and e-mail. • Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information. • Strong working knowledge of the Bank's administrative policies and procedures. • Knowledge of the Supervision Group is a plus. • HS/GED degree required and/or banking or financial services experience preferred. • 5+ years of administrative assistance professional experience preferred.
