The Expertise We're Looking For
· React, Redux, JavaScript/ECMAScript 6, HTML, SCSS/CSS
· Object-oriented software design and development for readable, maintainable systems
· Fundamentals of software and Web security
· Detail oriented
· Ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
· Ability to work independently with little management

The Purpose of Your Role
The Edifire team seeks a talented React/front-end programmer to build a "next generation " user interface for Client 's video conferencing system. You'll build on top of our existing Web application and work with the back-end team to build a new user interface using React and Redux. You'll work closely with our user-experience designer and the rest of our small team of developers. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented developer to expand their skillset and create exciting video-conferencing experiences.

· Your proven experience integrating RESTful Web services into React applications
· Your ability to work in a fast paced, highly matrix environment to achieve group goals
· Your desire and aptitude for learning innovative technologies
· Your previous experience using business requirements to develop technical designs and solutions
· You follow best practices for software development, including maintaining inline documentation and automated tests
· Your ability to communicate problems and recommend solutions to project leaders
· Your familiarity with Git

· Developing/implementing the capabilities as defined by our Business Partners
· Working on development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile sessions
· Work closely with the business to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale applications
· Escalate issues and risks to the team to ensure a timely resolution to technical problems
· Successful delivery of key technology efforts in support of our business strategy

How Your Work Impacts the Organization
Edifire supports video and audio conferencing from many devices and client applications (including Web browsers) used for thousands of call minutes every day. It supports secure conferencing using standard technologies such as SIP and WebRTC.
