CCAR Review & Challenge PMO

Description:

The client is subject to Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) requirements. CCAR is used by the US Client Bank to oversee covered companies' capital adequacy, capital distribution and capital planning process under various base and stress economic scenarios.

The CCAR Review and Challenge Team owns the design of overarching Review and Challenge framework, the development of guidance, policies and templates and the establishment of a BAU platform and independent reviews to ensure an effective internal review process.

Effective challenge and review is integral to a structured, sustainable and effective system of governance and control for CCAR processes. The central review and challenge function's goal is to support the credibility assessment of client capital planning efforts. It is meant to provide the foundation for building and establishing core review and challenge capabilities to execute CCAR initiatives.

Successful execution of the CCAR Review and Challenge mandate requires a solid Program Management Office to provide the following services:
• Program/Project Governance Support
• Project planning and execution roadmaps
• Administering planning and delivery meetings
• Status reporting
• Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies tracking
• Communications
• Financial Program Management
As a member of this team you will be a key contributor to one of the most critical and challenging programs in the bank with unique exposure to CFO, CRO and Corporate senior management.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Management, COO, Chief of Staff, or Project Management
• Program Management Office or project management
• Disciplined, organized and structured individual
• Solid communication skills
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project) and SharePoint
• Ideal candidate would have worked in one of the following areas: Business Management Capital Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk, Treasury, Financial Accounting, Product Control
