Client Relationship Manager / Project Manager

Princeton Information is looking for a Client Relationship and Project Manager for a fast growing client in the finance industry. We are looking for someone to handle successful coordination and implementation of new strategic clients and software partners as well as on-going relationship management and maintenance of existing strategic clients.

  • Work and manage implementations, projects and assignments such as client implementation, integration with third-party software providers and other complex implementation projects.
  • Responsible for completion of strategic client implementations
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients through performance
  • Manage a small portfolio of strategic clients providing "white glove” service
  • Manage weekly status reports
  • Participate in implementations & issues meeting
  • Set up discovery call with sales when client has special requirements or questions regarding the process.
  • Build implementation schedules that meets the client's governance policies
  • Work with Implementations team to manage Implementations documents and worksheets
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors to scope integration with company as well as client's systems
  • Develop and deliver client specific training per requirements
  • Contribute to the completion of RFPs responses that align with platform and service capabilities
  • Attempt to solve issues using tools and training provided.
  • Own resolution of issues until 100% completed.
  • Manage client communication and expectations
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences as determined by upper management.
  • Visit clients as determined by upper management
  • 3 years of strategic relationship management
  • 3 years of project management with an emphasis on client implementations
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management best practices and standards
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to speak in public and represent the company
  • Understanding of SaaS platform and integration methodologies, i.e. API, Web
  • Familiar with G-suite and MS tools: Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
