Role OverviewThis is a key strategic sales role leading North America's programmatic business to support rapid growth in programmatic revenue as well as contribute to the strategic programmatic roadmap across the entire
commercial division.
This individual is a subject matter expert on programmatic and the programmatic ecosystem. This is a client-facing role and requires excellent sales and presentation skills as you represent to the market
The role carries primary responsibility for development of a programmatic inventory strategy to maximize and optimize programmatic revenue and is responsible for delivery of revenue along OMP, PMP and programmatic
guarantee lines of business.
This role will work closely with the North America sales team to help them uncover programmatic budgets, navigate programmatic sales and close new business.
As a secondary objective, this role is a key stakeholder in driving best programmatic practices across our digital advertising ecosystem and optimizing advertising yield across reserved and unreserved inventory on a continual basis.

Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Sales Leadership
North America evangelist, driving development of PMP and Programmatic Guarantee business.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations management to set, monitor and optimize programmatic pricing, CPMs deliver and sell-through.
Manage day-to-day relationships with DSPs, trading desks, other buying platforms and open auction environments.
Proactively identify and engage with entities in the North American market who are assuming more responsibility and control over digital budgets
for display and video.
Analyze, negotiate and execute private marketplace and programmatic campaigns.
Assist sales team with technical programmatic inquiries.
Participate with direct programmatic sales calls as needed, building relationships with programmatic buyers and partnering with the national sales team in successfully bringing new business via programmatic executions
Assist marketing with the creation of case studies to document repeatable success stories
Create and oversee monthly programmatic revenue reporting processes with North America's management team to
ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting Operations
Manage third party platforms to monetize the entire North
America digital portfolio, and liaise with colleagues in Ad Ops, to ensure successful display, video and mobile campaigns including set up, trafficking, optimization, delivery, reporting and analytics.
Key stakeholder and participant in the ongoing inventory set up and data targeting to create a higher value proposition.
Use data and analysis to identify strategic optimization opportunities to increase revenue and maximize yield within the programmatic stack.
Ensure core reporting and analytics infrastructure and programmatic models are in place, maintained and developed in line with market change and the business needs.
Deliver clear, accurate and timely monthly reporting
Subject Matter Expert Maintain deep understanding of platform functionality and
constantly provide insight and feedback to the Product team to
improve future offerings and capabilities
Be a knowledge expert about all things programmatic for internal training and development as well as sales and advertiser/agency
partners

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-plus years' experience in Programmatic, Yield Management, Sales Analytics
• Experience leading conversations with trading desks
• Deep understanding and experience with adtech platforms
• Strong working knowledge of DMP, RTB, PMP, DSP, SSP, ad exchanges and third party data exchanges
• Experience with DFP
• Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex processes
