C• Support Outreach & Education's community engagement efforts to plan and execute regional visits for the President of Client Client, develop access to capital workshops for micro and small business owners and assist with Puerto Rico hurricane recovery efforts, workforce development and special projects as assigned. • Lead implementation and provide logistical support to outreach events. Manage and support pre- and post-event correspondence and follow-up. • Assist with the development, logistics and coordination of both on and off-site workshops, forums and conferences. • Interface with multiple stakeholders within the Bank and externally to achieve mission and advance public knowledge regarding the roles and responsibilities of Client Client and Client System. • Develop and sustain a robust and high level set of external outreach contacts.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Public Policy or Economics preferred. • Demonstrated experience as an economic development practitioner with a focus on small business development, urban development and/or rural development. • Background developing and implementing public/private sector partnerships and cultivating relationships and contacts with a diverse group of stakeholders. • Proven experience managing and implementing non-profit and/or public sector community development projects. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written including the ability to present to a wide range of audiences. • Experience in general project management and event planning. • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives. • Ability to travel throughout the Second District of Client Client. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. • Technical proficiency in Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Social Media.
