Business Analyst

Primarily responsible for leveraging personal expertise to collaboratively define the business requirements for all of portal functionality for the project and ensure continuity in the user experiences for both internal and external customers. This will include being the primary coordinator between the Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Architecture, and System Implementation teams to ensure all business needs are being met using the appropriate technology available.
Qualifications Required: (Knowledge, skills or special requirements)
1. 2+ years relevant experience in online web-based portal implementations
2. 5+ years business analysis experience, focusing on requirements
3. Ability to operate in an agile software development methodology
4. Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate project-related activities amongst multiple stakeholders
5. Communicate closely with business and IT associates
6. Work well in a mixed-team environment
7. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
Additional Qualifications Preferred:
1. Experience with Guidewire portals (Producer Engage and Consumer Engage) version 5 or higher
2. Prior experience working with surrounding Guidewire insurance suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
3. Design experience with emphasis in User Experience and User Interfaces
4. Knowledge and experience working in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
