IT Ops Support Analyst

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years' experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Assists in the management of inventory and material tracking to ensure adequate and continued support of systems and/or products to meet contractual requirements against established procedures.
Analyzes inventory transactions and generates inventory adjustments to review controllable expense variances.
Conducts periodic cycle inventory in preparation of producing ad-hoc modeling and analysis for business and finance.
Provides trend analyses when requested and estimate the impact of various business scenarios being considered by management.
Supports field research requests, suggests forecast and accruals.
Prepares templates for upload and changes for the budget and monitors adds to staff and replacement for forecast and plan.
Supports customer service requests as assigned.
Experience working with computer equipment including configuration and peripherals normally encountered in a standard environment.
Experience working with inventory financial, service delivery and productivity systems.
Good communication and time management skills.
