CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Role Description:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to be part of our Princeton team. 
This contingent worker will be responsible for the firm's global index and market data administration, including contract administration, index licensing administration, and inventory management. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory of contracts and services, fee structures, and users, includes processing updates for new/amended contracts, annual price increases, adjust cost allocations as usage changes
Manage the contract signature process including follow up with vendors on signature progress and store executed agreements in appropriate contract repository
Partner with IDS OPS America lead to build out the administration of index licensing, includes review of index agreements, confirm accuracy of index calculations and reporting, and build of full index inventory

Skills:
Ability to interpret contract terms and explain the practical applications of such terms
Paralegal experience a plus
Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, adaptable, with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism
Basic knowledge of Index and Market Data products and services preferred, but not required
Experience with Market Data Manager ( "MDM”) software preferred, but not required

Education:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or finance, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
