Job Title: Developer - L4 Support
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 month contract

A pro-active candidate who poses high level of experience in being able to look into the issues that come in to the production support Q and being able to traverse through code and the logs to be able to identify the root cause of issues.

The candidate must be able to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams involved in supporting the CRM workflow applications.

The candidate must have core java experience so they can run through the code to get to the root cause and also be able to fix them. Also expecting the candidate to have scripting skills so they can write scripts and deploy in production for monitoring/fixing issues.

The candidate should be able to support and get resolution to priority tickets during NY hours and also be able to support turnovers during weekend when required.
