ServiceNow Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client's talented Professional Services team. The successful candidate will work with customers and the engagement team to support the design and implementation of a ServiceNow solution for our customers.
Responsibilities include: Overall execution of the project, including but not limited to developing and maintaining schedules, risk and issue management, coordination of stakeholders, oversight of quality of deliverables and supporting documentation. Responsibilities may also include: Scrum Master; Business Analyst, and quality assurance testing.
Typical responsibilities include:
 Facilitating project startup, transition-in, and ongoing supervision of project staff.
 Providing oversight to ensure that deliverables meet NetImpact and Client standards
 Ensuring scope, cost, schedule are met and performance metrics are met or exceeded
 Assessing, monitoring, and mitigating project risks
 Participating and presenting at In Progress Reviews (IPRs).
 Coordinating knowledge sharing and efficiencies among project staff and Client.
 Maintaining and coordinating of project schedules, tasks, milestones and achievements
 Serve as Scrum Master for the development phases of the project
 In some engagements, the Project Manage will also serve the role of a Business Analyst and/or Quality Assurance Tester.
 Participating in NetImpact development activities including supporting marketing, proposal, thought leadership, and recruiting efforts
Required Skills
 A BA/BS degree in the related field
 7 years of experience in Program/Project Management with at least 5 of those in managing ITSM initiatives and/or technical solutions
 Experience serving as a scrum master in an Agile software development environment
 Certified PMP or MBA or equivalent management qualifications
 Experience in successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions
 Experience organizing, coordinating and leading teams in analyzing, documenting business requirements, functional design and development of ServiceNow solutions
 Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with multi-agency stakeholder.
 Strong leadership as well as oral and written communication skills
 Experience working in the Federal Government
 Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
 Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
 Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form
 Must be able to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements Desired Skills
 Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions. Certified ServiceNow Administrator is a plus
 Highly desirable: proven ability to understand and document business requirements, and then convert them into technical requirements (e.g, user stories).
 Genuine desire to learn is essential.
