ServiceNow Business Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst/Trainer to support our client's ServiceNow Technical Services team for an ongoing contract at Dept. of State.
Typical responsibilities include:  Support creation of user stories and ensure that they meet the criteria required to deliver a successful product  Overall responsibility for analyzing and documenting business, processes, and systems.  Work with Architect and Developer in conducting testing to ensure quality of new software releases  Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including development of scripts and conducting UAT with end users  Work closely with the Project Manager, Developer, and client to design and create Classroom Training and Quick Reference Guides  Conduct Classroom Training  Create references and guides for end users as well as system administrators  Continually ensure client understands product updates  Understand the needs of the client and successfully link needs and solution  Understand client operations and translate to training requirements  Support Change Management processes and play pivotal support role for tool adoption  Support report generation and materials for meetings  Provide quality control reviews Required Skills  A BA/BS degree in a related field  A minimum of 4 years of experience  Excellent presentation and communication skills in both written and oral form  Experience with ServiceNow  Familiarity with Agile methodologies  A fundamental understanding of ITSM or ITIL  Some background in application programming or COTS/GOTS software implementation  Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities  Experience with process and workflow modeling and business process engineering
 Must have the ability to work well with clients to determine implementation requirements, and execute a plan to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient manner.  Must be able to obtain and maintain government eligibility requirements.
