  • Extensive knowledge with all aspects of sales, business development, and related financial forecasting and analytics strategies and processes.
  • Extensive experience of CRM technologies and complementary solutions.
  • Prior experience with SFDC required.
  • Big picture thinking- the ability to see how parts interact with the whole and formulate appropriate solution architectures and integration plans accordingly.
  • Experience with IT governance and operations.
  • Strong technical background and deep experience with proven success in SFDC implementation, upgrade, enhancements, integration, maintenance and support
  • Solution architecture experience is a plus.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation skills, and influential impact.
  • Onshore and offshore team management experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
  • Project and program management planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer service and results orientation.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Pharmaceutical and CRO experience is a plus.
